Both Philippa and myself are so very proud of our home and our dogs and are always looking to the future not only in our breeding but also in the way we train. The health and care of our dogs is paramount in the way we manage our kennels, our hydrotherapy treadmill and the diet we feed. We are looking for well balanced, competitive dogs, seen in the number of Field Trial Winners and Champions baring the Levenghyl affix.
As to our breeding philosophy, we will only breed if we want pups for ourselves. We do apologise for our stringent selection process as we are very careful as to who will have a pup. Overall we have been very lucky with our pups going to lovely people who we are proud to call our friends. Obviously we would like to breed another Remus or perhaps a Dancing Brave, that's what dreams are about.
Our Golden Retrievers make sure that our labradors don't take life too seriously. The anchor of our Goldies is Boycie (F.T.Ch Birdsgreen Sweet Reward of Castlemans) sired by Philippa's Castlemans Beaver. Boycie is the joker of the family, one day to be in line to be the alpha male but Boycie will not want the responsibility. A Goldie without an ounce of badness in him.
